Theater. Art. Haunt.

 Darkrose Manor is an annual Halloween Art Haunt (a highly detailed, haunted set design and theatrical display.)
DRM is located a block away from Horizon Middle School, in the Carriage Place neighborhood of Aurora, CO.
We are The Roses. We love to create an otherworldly immersive experience for our community each year. It is our effort to reach out to the community, give back, and freely share our passion for Halloween Production & Set Design with the world. 

Started in 2007 as an anniversary surprise, DRM was born after going to the local Walgreens on Halloween Day and buying up all the fun 'cheesy' decorations we could find. We didn't have a single 'trick-r-treater', but we had a wonderful time decorating the house dressed as The Witch and The Vampire and just enjoying the Halloween spirit. The very next day, we began to research and learn to make our own props. We then discovered the larger Haunt community and soon Darkrose Manor was born for it's very first year in 2008.

 I'm a Halloween Enthusiast, a Miniature Artist, a Scenic Designer, a proud member of The Haunter's Hangout crew, a Great Dane Mom (x3),  and an Agoraphobic that's obsessed with little things, anything spooky, macabre, or just plain odd. I make my full time living via my creativity, both at local gallery shows, arts and tradeshow conventions and here, online. I'm so pleased that you've come to visit! Thank you!
