FAQ - MINIATURES AND OTHER ARTWORKS:
WHEN/HOW DO I GET A MINIATURE?
-This will vary. Pieces will be posted in lots of four as they are completed. If you don't see anything available in the 'Buy-It-Now' sections of the Miniatures or Shop page, please check my social media for updates on the next product launch dates. I am an independent artist. I create each piece by hand in my own small studio (or kitchen. ;) ) As it is just me doing the work - web - socials - creating the pieces - packing and shipping - this can take a lot of time. Please be patient and check back frequently. I will also do at least one silent auction for a single piece each month.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
US and Canada shipping only for the time being.
CAN I PREORDER/PREPAY FOR AN ITEM?
No. That wouldn't be fair and then everyone would want to do this.
I MISSED THE RELEASE! HOW CAN I GET ONE?
Sorry, if you miss the release, you will have to wait for the next one - or visit me at one of the trade/art shows that I'll be attending. There is an events calendar on the home page where you can see what shows I plan to attend as a vendor. Please also follow me on social media to find out when my shop updates are made. (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok.) You can also sign up for my mailing list in the Contact form section on the homepage.
HOW BIG ARE THE PIECES?
All the pieces will vary in size. I will often release several pieces that are all similar sizes. For instance - I may release four different 3.75" vignette boxes at a time, or perhaps as large as 10" square. It is best to view the description with each listing to determine their individual sizes.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT WILL BE IN YOUR SHOP UPDATE?
I will make preview posts with prices on my Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok pages the day before I list all the items for sale here on the website. This includes silent auction pieces. I will preview them on my socials as well as post what the starting bid will be and the time that the auction will begin. This information can also be found on the home page or on the 'Auctions' page here on the website. You can also sign up for reminders for the silent auctions from the home page.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS OR SPECIAL REQUESTS? WILL YOU MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR ME?
No. I'm sorry. I know you want a certain item, with a certain theme, look or other special request - I cannot do this. It costs me a lot more time and money and takes away from the production of my work. Every artist has a different idea about custom work. For me - for now - no.
WILL YOU MAKE MORE OF AN IDEA OR THEME CREATED BEFORE?
I have a LOT of ideas. I can't know for certain if I will make more of something. It's possible - perhaps in a different size, etc. I will NOT, however, make an exact copy of anything I've created before. That's just not how it works around here. That also negates the idea of 'UNIQUE' and 'ONE-OF-A-KIND' items. Every single piece I create will always be 'ONE-OF-A-KIND'.
MY ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN, WHAT DO I DO?
I ship my items via USPS Priority, fully insured for the entire price paid for the item. While I do everything in my power to pack and ship carefully to ensure that your item will arrive in perfect condition, I cannot be held liable for mishandling by the carrier once it leaves me. If you encounter a problem, you can absolutely file a claim on the insurance provided through USPS. I'm sorry, I will not remake an item for you in the event that it is lost or damaged in transit. Please also see my shipping policies, the link for which is located in the footer of this website titled 'Terms and Conditions'.

FAQ - THE HAUNT :
IS THIS A TRADITIONAL HAUNTED HOUSE?
No, currently this is a yard display only. The props and the wiring (for sound and lights) in the yard are not designed for foot traffic.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR DISPLAY?
We do not charge for our display. We do, however, gratefully accept donations. A box is provided on run-nights, or you can donate directly by utilizing the 'DONATE' link above here on the website.
On Halloween Night each year, we collect donations specifically for 'Don't Be A Monster', a cause near and dear to our hearts...
-Don’t Be A Monster is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works alongside Haunted Attractions in the United States. They are the largest nonprofit organization in the Haunted Attraction community. They offer free, unique, and entertaining bullying prevention assemblies for students in 4th-10th grade . -

We LOVE Halloween!
WHERE AND WHEN?
We are located just a block North of Horizon Middle School, in the Carriage Place neighborhood of Southeast Aurora, CO. Full detail will be posted in the Events Section of the homepage and any additional updates will be posted on our Facebook page.
Weather-permitting, our full run nights are ALWAYS the night before Halloween (October 30th) and the night of Halloween (October 31st.) 7pm though 10:00pm. Visiting any earlier in the month will likely result in merely seeing us running around frantically building.
